You might want to watch this very recent video. It shows a really well maintained 45 DS with some nice upgrades. I have the 2 cabin version, that this was kind of converted into.

Been watching that myself, it certainly is a well maintained example.
I'm particularly interested in how they've upgraded the chartplotter situation. I've never been a fan of those central swivelly pods, but the boat is so tightly designed around it, it's hard to see how to do otherwise.
Mine has an E80 in the pod which is really too small for me and I'm trying to judge from this video whether the E120 I have spare will actually fit.
Cool idea though to sacrifice the drinks holder for the NavPod 'stalk'.

The boat is certainly well maintained, but also very lightly used. The price is high, but I'm sure they got close to asking. We are struggling with the chart plotter location. The previous owner moved the Axiom to on top of the cockpit table but with only a slight amount of movement to change angle. We're looking for a mount that would allow more swivel and one that moves it higher (our plotter is only about 1 inch off the table). I would prefer to move it to the port wheel/binnacle. We'll have to see - we don't get back to the boat until October. I also saw the SS tubing they have from the swim platform up to the top of the rear rail. One of us has great difficulty getting out of the dinghy and onto the swim platform. Maybe those vertical rails would allow for better onboarding etc (I saw the tubes on IVT's listing of the boat on, I think, boats.com). Its interesting in that I had asked several people about converting a 3 cabin to a 2 cabin and was told it couldn't be done. But this boat has that. As it happens, we found a two cabin version so we're all set.
