Both boats are now in Plymouth and only 5 days to go before the start.
If you have not checked out their websites - please do - some great photos
Looking ready for the off, despite some last minute replacements including a new forestay for Ninjod

Well the start of the OSTAR was really heavy with very strong winds and both our JODs had bizarrely diesel spill/smells that were debilitating to say the least Paul on Ninjod had several big issues, most critically his super all weather dry suit split leaving him without proper oilskins and freezing plus many other problems including electrics, so he has regrettably abandoned the race and now is in Cork inspecting the damage Barry in Dinah though is looking well up in the fleet , see: www.oceanracetrack.com/raceplayer/raceplayer.aspx?event=32despite having to go up the mast to fix a halyard... Real shame for Paul who had put so much preparing into this, but if you read his blog, it is obvious it was the only decision he could have made All hopes and our best wishes now for Barry for a safe crossing Malcolm
