Hi Virtualburton, jumping back to the water leakage issue. A feature that is common to most models is that those limber holes do not run straight fore and aft. Instead, the starboard limber hole in the front side of the beam is paired by one on the port side on the back of the beam. I believe this is a method of limiting the sloshing around of free water in the bilges. So it is possible that you are looking in the wrong place for the water on the other side of the beam. It is worth just lifting each of the floor boards that can be lifted to see if there is another compartment which is also wet.
Try putting down some dry news paper in areas that the water might pass through, and the paper will betray its presence.
If it is a leak in one of your fresh water pipes, the leakage will slowly depressurisation the water system, and cause the fresh water pump to operate briefly every now and then. It will become very obvious in the quiet of night on a mooring or in a pen. If there are no random short bursts of unexplained water pump operation, you can assume your water system is tight. (One brief burst can be explained by temperature drop, but not generally several bursts.)
In your photo, I assume that open ended hose in the picture comes from the drain on the fridge. A tissue under the end of the hose will indicate whether the water comes from there and runs back back to where it is more visible. In any case, it is probably preferable to have the little plug in the drain outlet of the fridge compartment, which will stop any flow from there.
Such mysterious leakage issues are common to all models (and all brands). There are many tales and ideas on how to find them in the archives, well worth browsing for more inspiration. Mostly the solution comes down to some careful observation and detective work.
