Hi All, I have a 2019 Jeanneau NC 895. I read on here a while ago that a member had used a caulk bead to waterproof all the aft lockers that are underneath the seats. I think they described the actual product they used, but searching the forum history has brought up nothing. I'm interested in finding what kind of caulk the individual used to waterproof the aft lockers.
Thanks!
Davis

I’ve used an adhesive foam strip that I actually bought off of another 895 owner. We both had high hopes, but it doesn’t actually work. I’ve resorted to trying to ventilate the aft lockers whenever i can, And otherwise just not storing anything in there that can’t get wet.
Anyone else come up with a solution that actually works to keep them dry?

I think Jeanneau should go to the pull-out bench seats that are used on the Sport\Marlin and on all fishing boats are more efficient they open and close, they recess when you don’t need them it’s just a better solution than those bulky boxes that take tons of space and they don’t really work all that good....I love the swivel bench seats
