No expert here, but to start things off I’ll just tell you what I do...
Engines all the way down. I never mess with the engine tilt when underway.
Trim tabs, I click them down 4-ish when trying to get on plane, and once I’m up try to back them off completely or maybe leave them on one click if I need to in order to keep the bow down. And then obviously I’ll use when underway if I need to to keep the boat level based on where passengers are sitting or how the wind / waves are hitting us.
I tend to cruise around 27-29mph, which, and this is from memory so it may be off, usually has me about 4400 rpms.

Just to be clear, I'm no trim expert. When getting on plane i trim down tabs and trim in outboards. Once up on plane i retract the tabs all the way up and trim out the outboards about 2 notches. Once the boat settles i level the boat roll with the trim tabs compensating for load and cross wind. I usually play with the pitch a little bit but in calm conditions on our boat trimming the outboards out 2 notches seems to be our sweet spot. I adjust bow up a little bit more if conditions are too rough for getting up on plane but down a little bit if planing in a chop. I find bow up (a bit) is also good to avoid stuffing the bow in a following sea. If the rpm jump or the bow of the boat starts bouncing you're trimmed out too much. For those that don't know trim down port tab rocker switch to adjust roll down on the port side of the boat (starboard tab will lower) and vise versa.
