We are the proud owners of a 2008 Jeanneau SO 45ds and are VERY HAPPY with the boat! As is the case with any new boat, there is always some annoyance that drives you crazy. The C-clip that holds the refrigerator door piston in place keeps popping off, even after replacing it several times. ARGH! Any other Jeanneau owners having a similar problem? How about any other Jeanneau 45ds owner stories?

I am also the proud owner of a new 45ds,I have encountered the same problem once.I fixed it and have not had the problem since.I am however having problems with the forward head, although I drain the bowl when leaving ,when I return the bowl has fluid and it stinks....help,is this a valve issue?

I had the same problem with the head in my SO35. It turned out to be the joker valve. It's easy to replace, though a dirty job.

Snowhawk - my 43DS forward head has the same issue, and if I don't close the seacocks and tack hard over on the port side for a long time then the whole shower/head is underwater!
