Where to add a 4kW generator to a Jeanneau 50

Hi, 

I've just bought a 2013 built 50DS and want to add an Onan 4KW generator. I saw some pictures showing that standard 6KW units located at saloon under the floor. On the other hand there is a room at the aft under the stairs. Do you have any suggestions about the location in the saloon or at the aft? On the other hand if you have any photo showing a set located at the aft I'll be appreciated.

Don't know the boat in any detail but if the choice is under the saloon sole or aft I would chose aft anytime on account of the noise level.

My 49DS has the same generated located in front of the engine under the floor at the bottom of the stairs.  Works well, noise is reasonable, at night we have run it 12 hours to keep AC going.   It's nearly noticeable from the V bunk.   In the aft two cabins you hear it a bit more...    Happy to send you some Pic's if interested.    my boat is a 2006
