Hi Vasko Anchored my boat for the first time in the Bahamas last week. Set up the anchor alarm. Love how you can set the anchor position after you deploy it and love how it shows the history of your position, let you see pretty quickly if the anchor is holding.
Just had one recommendation. Instead of having the alarm be a 360 degree circle around the anchor, would it be hard to establish a swing sector? For example let's say you anchor close to the lee side of an island. You have plenty of room behind you but 50 yards in front of you is the beach. If the wind were to shift 90 degrees either way you would be fine, but any more than that and you start getting dangerously close to going aground near the beach. So in this case, I'd hope to set the allowable swing area as a semicircle, so if the wind shifts by more than 90 degrees then I would be outside the swing sector and the alarm would go off even if the anchor was holding firm.

The plan is to have a drawable swing are on the map

Sounds like a great idea. Just a shame that Apple watches look terrible.

Thanks Vasko for the heads up on this.
Probably the best anchor alarm app I have used.
The 'late set' method is also very, very useful for determining just wear you anchor is and working out if you have been crossed.
Highly recommended.
