Coincidentally I have just changed my anchor chain on my 39i The original fitted by the supplying dealer was 10mm calibrated and I guess 30 grade. You need to check your windlass gypsy to confirm, it may or may-not be 10mm or 8mm - you can also of course measure the chain gauge with calipers for a rough idea. As I was also changing the old original factory fitted Quick windlass (also 10mm gypsy) and needed a lot more chain to save weight ended up going with 8mm grade 40 (actually grade 43) as is was CMP Titan mainly to save weight. If money is no object the highest grade is grade 70. Some good info from the supplier I used, even though realise you are not in UK: jimmygreen.com/744-Calibrated-Anchor-Chainalso this has a wealth of info coxeng.co.uk/anchoring/chain/

For my 39i with a Quick Antares Windlass 8mm Gypsy, I bought from Defender.com in 2016:
200' G4 5/16 Anchor Chain with 100' 8 plait 5/8" rode (splice included) in 2016 for $855 plus $327 shipping to San Francisco for a total of $1182.
Your gypsy size is stamped on the gypsy. Appropriate chain and rope sizes are listed in the Quick Owners manual.

I purchased my 39i second hand... no manual... do you have an electronic copy you could share? The Quick Antares was replaced by the Quick Adelph, but the good news is that they are almost the same - I know as I replaced my original Antares with a new Adleph late last year. Mainly cosmetic changes and the holes through the deck are all the same, except for one small change to the position of the magnetic sensor for the chain counter. The Adelph manual should give you most of the info you need for the Antares www.quickusastore.com/downloads/dl/file/id/32/aleph_windlass_700w_1500w.pdfWorth taking the windlass apart from time to time to clean and grease, fairly simple. Just did quick search and this video shows the process on a similar quick windlass
