Hi folks! Am new to the forum, many thanks for having me aboard. I'm considering dipping my toe into the Jeanneau waters with a small Pouldu Day Fisher that myself and my 8 y/o son will mostly use on the coastline around the Isle Of Wight where we're moving to next month. I'm not new to boats but I'm fairly new to such small boats and a total novice when it comes to the Jeanneau brand. It hasn't been easy to find much information on this particular boat and I wonder if anyone could kindly give me any advice concerning it's stability and overall usability as a small fishing, family, day boat and if there's anything I need to concern myself with?
Thank you in advance for any advice.

Hi and welcome to the Jeanneau family. I do have a small Poldu brochure that I can scan for you in a couple of weeks time. It has only limited information I am afraid. There are a few of these in France but not seen one in the UK. They are of course an inshore boat, for use in light and moderate conditions, but construction should be good - and its age almost proves the point. Boats that have been left in the water may have osmosis issues, but heofully yours has been trailered etc. Would love to see some photos - you can upload them at: goo.gl/photos/1GXJLecYzSJuenJo8If I recollect correctly some had a small mast and sail option.
