We have been having an intermittent problem with out GPS giving us a 'NOFIX' warning. Today our technician tested a new GPS antenna and it worked within in seconds of starting up the chartplotter. The old one would take over a minute and then loss fix. In this work we have found that the RS125 has a battery CR2032. If your having a GPS problem it may be worth changing the battery if you have a RS125 as a first course of action. Very simple job. Undo the two screws holding the GPS to its base. Unplug the antenna. Move to work area. Remove the 6 screws from the antenna base. Joggle the base free. Remove and replace the battery. Then reverse the process. If that doesn't work you probably need a new antenna. Ian
