As you guys know, the newer boats are branded in many places. My new boat says Merry Fisher on each side decal, and on the back of the cabin top. I purchased the Legend version, which has the flag blue hull. The stripes and side logoso are silver decals. Part of me says it is too busy, and I should probably remove the decals before there is any fading of the hull. Once that happens I will really have no options but to keep it and maintain and eventually replace. What do you guys think? It would give me some surface for the boat name. Or, do you think it's snazzy🤔 i1068.photobucket.com/albums/u450/wndsnd67/IMAG0142_zps3pdsqmmf.jpg

I just received my 795 with blue hull this week and I had the dealer strip off the Merry Fisher decals. I wasn't crazy about the name, plus I wanted a space to put the boat's name, which I did in a similar silver. I think it looks much better. My thoughts about doing it sooner rather than later are the same as yours. One other possibility I was thinking of was to simply remove the solid section in which Merry Fisher is written and put the boat name in that space.
