Hi,
As anyone out there got a P36 with trim tabs?
Ours hasn't and I'm wondering whether they are worth investing in?
If you have, were they factory fit or retro fit?
We have a 2005 model (extended bathing platform) with KAD300's.
Thanks in advance.

I have fitted trim tabs in my 2004 KAMD300's Prestige 36. They were installed in France before I drove boat to Finland. They were good in strong head wind so I could force front end down. Normal wind conditions they are not necessary.

Hi Artsi,
That's useful - thank you.
My preference is to avoid strong winds where possible and you suggest that in normal conditions they make little difference which is what I thought might be the case.
We have owned the boat for a couple of years and not had too many issues but she does tend to ride a little nose high at times. Maybe I'll pop a spare anchor and bit of chain in the anchor locker as this is a lot cheaper than fitting trim tabs
Out of interest - if there is anyone out there who has had them fitted, it would be useful if you found any difference and how much it cost you to install them.
Cheers,
Joe
