I have just bought a 2015 NC9 and wish to connect audio equipment to the 4 inbuilt speakers. Does anyone know where the pick-up / connection point is for the speakers?

Hi Terry Welcome to our forum, all Jeanneau powerboats are very welcome, but don't think we have many NC series owner here (happy to be corrected..) If you are on Facebook as well, you might get a quicker answer on this powerboat group which I think at least one dealer may may respond: www.facebook.com/groups/jeanneau/If you get an answer please reply on this thread, for future reference Malcolm

I am considering a 2017 NC9 for cruising the San Francisco Bay Area and would like to hear any feedback (good or bad) from current owners. Besides the lack of cup holders , are there any other issues with the boat? How does it do in the chop?

I am cinsidering one here in calif but doesn't look like there are many if any in operation out here. how does it handle the chop? The one thing I noticed is the engine noise seemed loud and was thinking a carpet on over the hatch might dampen it. Kevin

Hi Terry, This is based on my experience as NC11 owner and the fact that Jeanneau tends to copy their solutions in different models. The wiring could be behind the wooden panel left from the locker above the table adjacent to the polyester panel housing the speaker. This is the panel where the sound system is factory mounted. In the NC11 the panel is clipped on but I am not sure based on pictures that this is also the case in the NC9. You have to find a way in to get behind the panel anyway. But again: it is a guess.
