Not sure what kind of diesel filter this is

Could anyone help me out with the make or brand of this pre-diesel filter.
No markings anywhere , and the actaul filter body/house is well hidden and virtual impossible to check for clues
I would like to replace it now and buy some extra's just in case.
The dimensions are
Diameter : 8cm
Hight : 7cm

I asked my wife to deal with this auction but unfortunately she was too cheap .

Ridiculous price for 11 units.Could of made a profit selling a few over here
I guess ebay and the internet in general will remain a mystery for her.
