It looks like a regular dockyard job to me, Sailbleu. Very neat. Have you been able to test the anchor yet?
It's not something I would dare tackle since I don't have any welding experience - I wouldn't know how to start, except for marking out which isn't any different from marking a sheet of plywood.
Cutting the stainless steel cannot have been easy however. I tried to saw through 1cm of stainless steel once and I needed a tungsten wire saw!

Nice work as usual I wish I had the skills and the tools to tackle some of your diy projects. You make a good point on the bowsprit. Occasionally when reading the anchor threads on another forum I toy with the idea of replacing my delta with a Rocna or Mason. It never occured to me that the bowsprit and a roll bar anchor will not work easily together. I suspect my Selden bowsprit would not be able to go through the rollbar very easily. Thanks for highlighting it

Thanks for the compliments guys. ted , no I have not been able to test the anchor yet , my boat is on the hard now you see. But I dont expect any problems though , all angles , sizes and relation to one another are a perfect copy . Maybe there could be a small offset considering the fact that the weight ratio anchorplate < > shank is slightly different. Regards

I am definitely envious of the size/number/type/quality of your toys...
