Has anyone had a problem with water between the hull and liner that will not drain out?

I've had water in the bilge from leaks in the watermaker, the holding tank, the macerator and especially from those useless non-adjustable clips on fresh water hoses that fail, allowing the currently connected freshwater tank to have its contents pumped into the bilge in a matter of minutes! These clips should be replaced with proper screw types.
So I have had lots of experience with emptying my SO39i. The last 50 litres or so stays in the bilges, some of it between the liner and the hull. Rough sailing conditions help to move it to the bilge pump pit. I use a manual pump and a sponge in areas that don't drain and leave the bilge open to allow it to dry out on sunny days.
The problem is that the holes between the bilge compartments are not checked in the factory. I had to get mine cleaned out under warranty and that made a big difference to the flow. Don't forget to flush with a little fresh water after taking on salt water (eg from leaks in my watermaker) or you will end up with heaps of salt crystals that could damage the diaphragm on the the bilge pump. The salt also affects the brass fittings that Jeanneau use instead of bronze. I have another monster electric bilge pump for peace of mind and a monster fixed manual one. I have been on a sinking boat when the bilge pump failed and using a bucket in shifts was not an enjoyable experience.
