My leather steering wheel cover is scratched and dry. What product can I use to make it look good again? I have heard to use saddle soap or neatsfoot oil. Will these work ok? Thanks for any input. Rick

I've used brown shoe polish, rubbed in with my finger in a cloth then polished off with a clean cloth afterwards. After a couple of coats it covered the small scatches to the leather and smartened them up. Saddle soap will only clean the leather not restore it. Neatsfoot oil will condition the leather and make it supple. You could try that first then after its dried try the shoe polish. Good luck!

I treat my 2003 SO 43 DS wheel with Kiwi shoe polish once a year and it is in pretty good shape. I use the neutral polish because the colour on my wheel is still good but they do have colours which would cover scratches. You will find Kiwi shoe polish on Ebay and it costs very little.
