I have been trying to get the attention of Goiot for the past three months, with emails and "inquiries" on their web site, but have not received any responses. I did a quick search and found that they have been going thru bankruptcy proceedings as part of Navimo/Plastimo, but have not seen anything new since September. The last item I saw said (in French) that they had changed management, and were now under the direction of some in-house owners.
Does anyone have any idea about whether they are still a going concern? I have been wary about giving them a call - on the phone my French quickly suffers...

My understanding is that this part of Plastimo/Navimo was acquired by Alliance Marine - www.alliancemarine.fr/I have heard that there has been quite a delay in restructuring the 2 groups with changes of management at several layers etc might be worth trying Alliance direct

Malcolm,
Thanks for the link. I checked it out, and Goiot is not yet listed as part of their "group". I think that the situation is still too fluid, and the financial reorganization is still in progress. I hope that they restart production and operation, and I wonder what Jeanneau is doing for parts.
Do we know anyone who has recently taken delivery of a new boat who can identify the manufacturer of their windows, steering, etc?
Ralph
