Hi, Guys We would like to reduce the width of the standard wooden cockpit table on our SO39i, it takes up far too much room when extended. The intention is to cut off 1.5 inches from the outer edge of each leaf. However, it is not obvious how the table leaves are constructed. If the main section is plywood (or comparable) with finger jointed mouldings on all edges, then the job probably isn't worth attempting. Anyone any ideas, please? NornaJ Attachments:

asked-and-answered!
Took the risk, ran a leaf through the table saw. It is constructed of solid wood pieces - no plywood, no particle board and no veneer!
