Hi thezyx, try the Selden mast website for the Selden rigging guide for a really good starting point. If you have a different mast, it's manufacturer may also have a rigging guide on their website.
Also go through the previous posts on this forum, the question has been addressed several times for different models and there is a lot of good information from some very experienced members even if not specific to your boat. The same principals apply to all.
When you have the basics right you can experiment with specific tweaks.
Enjoy your sailing

I don't know what your mother tongue is, but the best book on sail trim that I've read is by Peter Hahne - I read it translated into English but the original German is even better

I have the same book zanshin mentioned, only in english tho.......only know shista in german, or at lest I have been told by sons whom know some germans what it means......francais...... a little bit.....japanese, go = five!
Another place to ask look at, is you sail maker. I've got a neat pdf booklet from Ullman, and have seen a Seldon mast pdf booklet on how to trim their rigs.
