Hi there, Would any one know if there is a good polish for the counter tops in a 2010 53ft Jeanneau. The tops look like white Corian but stain easily from tea or coffee cups/spills etc. Also, in the anchor locker is an outlet to fit the deck washdown hose. I have bought a number of fittings but can't find the right one. Is this a Jeanneau only fitting or are they available anywhere on the net. Any advice appreciated. Thanks. bobd53

Thanks. bobd53 My wife and I have different views on this. I hate any cleaner with abrasives - but my wife has used a mild creme cleaner for the past 5 seasons on our Corian without causing any visible scratching. I tend to like a dilute solution of oxalic acid for any stains - but use gloves and watch your eyes etc M

Yes M, the mild oxalic works well but mainly looking for a polish that will prevent the stains in the first place. I expect that a good wax may do the trick. I will try and report back. Cheers

We utilize Mr. Clean Magic Erasers on the Corian on our 50ds. Keeps them spick and span, quickly and gently removes stains. We also use Granite Gold granite polish to try and prevent/reduce stains. Good luck! Patty
