Hi all Last summer I saw an excellent addition to the 36i when a hanging rail had been added across the shower cubicle (2 cabin version) to hang wet oilies. I am intending to adopt this and buy a wardrobe rail and bolt it between the shower screen and the bullkhead into the store. Anyone else done it, found any problems or better solutions? Is it okay drilling through the shower screen? Paul

Hi Paul,
I too have the 2 cabin version. I have installed a number of spring-loaded hanging hooks to take oilies and deck jackets. 3 in the shower area (2 just below the deckhead on the after bulkhead over the door to the "shed", and one over the towel ring), plus 2 on the bulkhead forming the outside of the wc/shower compartment at the foot of the steps.
The ones a I used were available from Timage in Braintree UK. This winter I am installing shelving in the "hanging"lockers in the forrard cabin and aft cabin, to make better use of the space.

Thaks for the comments. We also considered shelves but have not done it yet. We have just put cloth pockets on the wall between the aft cabin and the shed to increase storage for "smalls".
One other excellent tip i saw was to take the wooden partion out of the cockpit locker and amend it to just cover the engine electronics. this gives a condsierable amount of extra room at the back of the locker.
