I was at the boat today for a couple of hours to do some housekeeping but didn't have time to go sailing , but decided to pull the sails up to give them an airing. The perfect way to go sailing without worrying about navigating....

I'd be more impressed if you had sailed INTO the dock with out power........
I have some pics of me doing that!!

Marty I know - but I do like an easy life. but it is great to be able to walk off the boat at the same time as sailing.... Maybe I should just get one of the Kiade models of the J57 instead... M

Just don't tell my wife - she would love to go sailing tied to the dock!

I bet I could sail a 39' 9 ton boat into the slip! No harder than my 30' 3.5 ton boat really, which was no harder than the 21'cb boat or the 8' pram, laser, 12' sloop I did as a teen per say. Things happen a bit slower to a degree, but the thought of the how, where etc to turn in , when to let the lines of the sail one is using lose, or furl a jib etc.

Hope to have pictures in a couple of months M
