Can anyone tell me if anyone at the factory at Jeanneau monitors or pays any attention to this site? You would think they would and comment on suggested fixes to some of the owner's problems and concerns

Giving suggestions and or comment on owners problems is like pleading guilty for malfunctions and failure. They will never in our lifetime participate in a forum discussion. Hence , they're even reluctant to answer to emails from owners. But I'm sure they read these boards , it would be unwise not to.

My experience with Jeanneau America has been fantastic... All through my three year search and try before you buy, if I had a design/options questions (and there were many) my e-mails were answered within one to two days, really helped in making my purchase decisions. I am deff. pleased with how they have worked with me.

Jeanneau USA has been great for support and quoting new items, but my inquiry is directed to the factory to review problems where solution might be offered on the forum to help everyone. I agree with sailbleu, they would probably not post any comments...liability & lawyers ;-(
