Hi, Does anyone have the part number for the transom shower head, mine has split during the winter cold snap. I believe it's a Plastimo part. Also I noticed that Jeanneau have fitted both the hot and cold water feeds to the transom shower but only connected up the cold. Has anyone done the conversion to add the hot feed and if so can they advise the parts I'd need? Many thanks Noel

You can find the part number and order it from www.jeanneauparts.comI've used them a couple of times and they get to you pretty quick. The downside is that the shipping can be relatively expensive if you are just ordering a few cheap parts.

no3l, I have a 2007 36i and the transom shower has hot & cold water going to it. I will be at our boat on the weekend, I will try to find a manufacturers name.

Hi, Does anyone have the part number for the transom shower head, mine has split during the winter cold snap. I believe it's a Plastimo part. This should help: www.plastimousa.com/Showers.pdfOurs is the same, haven't gotten around to changing it, but I think you just need to install the mixer tap(47676) and housing(42576) shown in the plastimo pdf. and connect up the hot and cold hoses.

When my stern shower head split due to winter freezing a couple of years ago, my dealer got the replacement shipped to me from Defender marine, who carried the part. Suggest you try them if you haven't already ordered. Might be cheaper and quicker than going through Jeanneau.

The transom shower head on my 2004 SO35 was made by Scandvik. It is pictured at the link below. The unit on your boat may be different? www.defender.com/realproduct.jsp?path=-1|51|26832|319660&id=590502A couple of years ago when I had troubles, Defender Marine was selling just the head - although it now appears they are selling the whole unit.

I have had this problem twice in the past. The best place to buy a replacement shower head from is Penguin Engineering. Hopefully the link below will take you to their web site. I'm pretty sure you want part number SD151 - £14.99 +VAT www.penguineng.com/tapsshowers.html

Hi
i renewed my shower head with a plastimo head from my local chandlery. At the same time i added a standard mixer valve and fitted it myself. Apart from the access problems, it was very easy as all the plumbing is there are you say.
best of luck
Paul
