We lost the ball bearings for our main traveler while racing and are having great difficulty finding replacements. At the moment we are using quarter inch Harken balls which are slightly to big and which seriously restrict the traveler movement on the track. The trouble is we don't know the manufacturers of the traveler but believe it is the original from a 1996 Sunfast 32. Our theory is that we require 6mm balls as opposed to quarter inch which are 6.35mm. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Billy,
Was 6mm the solution. I have the same issue on a 1999 Sunfast.
Thanks
