Im sitting here wondering if anyone got problems after launching. [1] when we launched exhaust pumping water ok,so we decide to go off for weekend and find water was only pumping at half revs. Still having this sorted,<hopefully.> [2]decide to have shower and hear water spraying somewhere at transom.sussed it out and found the transom showerhead had split and when I checked the bilges they were half full of water so had been leaking for some time.I blanked it off with good old duct tape.<great invention> Am I the only one having these niggly problems .there are a few more but i wont go into them. I feel better now ive got them off my chest. N A C

For our winter lay-up, I remove the outside spray-head and blank the end of the pipe with a modified domestic radiator plug (same thread) then when the pipe inevitably freezes it can't break the plastic thread of the spray-head

I use a small air compressor to blow the water out of the water system so there isn't any water in the lines to freeze. This is especially important for the shower handle, which doesn't drain well, as you found out.
