We've ordered a new 42I and the dealer has been trying to help us get some questions answered without much luck.
Does anyone have an email address for customer service at the Jeanneau factory? There's nothing that I can see on the Jeanneau web site.
Thanks

On the top right side of the Jeanneau website is a item identified as "contacts". Double click on it and it will take you to a parts section and a technical information section. Follow the prompts and include your questions and hit send. However, if your dealer is having problems, chances are so will you in getting responses. Try this forum instead. Responses are quick and accurate since we all share information freely.

It's been about 2 weeks since I took the suggestion here and sent my questions via the website contact form.
Unfortunately no response at all so far to my info request.
I guess it's not the end of the world. Some of the info I requested from them was in support of final decisions about some options. Some of it was to satisfy my curiosity or prepare for materials that may be needed for commissioning 500 miles from home. We've now just made a best guess and finalised the options.
I'm hoping that this silence from Jeanneau is an aberration and not the beginning of a pattern. I can get an informative response from (for example) the manufacturer of an NMEA multiplexer that sells for a couple of hundred bucks but neither I nor the dealer can get answers from a boat manufacturer selling 6 figure once in a lifetime purchases - it's puzzling. I can't believe that they routinely deal with customers this way. Any sort of acknowledgment would be a good thing.
If anyone from Jeanneau happens to see this perhaps they could suggest a better way for a customer who's placed a deposit to make contact than through the website contact form.

to clarify: I can't find any way to contact the factory on the main web site (except a voice phone number and I don't speak French) so I sent my request to Jeanneau USA as they have a contact form.
If anyone can provide an email contact to someone at the factory who can correspond in English I'd be most obliged.
I'm not trying to be difficult... really!

Courtesy of another member here I sent an email directly to someone at the factory rather than via any of the websites.
I got a prompt, helpful and informative reply within 24 hours or so. I guess it's down to asking at the right place.
It would be a good thing if Jeanneau put some contact info on the main website (www.jeanneau.com)
