Hard to believe I just found this today. In addition to the two 30 amp battery chargers in my 2014 469 I discovered a third Cristec 30 in the rear starboard cabin outboard of the battery box. I haven’t chased the wires yet but according to what I see on my battery monitor it seems to be only charging my generator start battery. Also, it is not controlled by the panel switch for the other two chargers. It would seem to make more sense to have it charge the bow thruster batteries and the gen start battery, leaving more power to charge the house bank.
Anybody else have a third charger? Any idea what it feeds?
