Winter 110 Volt Shore power in USA

I'm looking to connect a marinco 32A 50/60Hz male shore power connector to  15 AMP 110 volt three prong plug. I just want to get the battery charger working for winter on the hard storage. The boat is new to me. Thanks for the help.
