I believe it’s similar to my SO439.
1. Remove ceiling panel adjacent to post cover. Mine are held in place with a combination of hook & loop strips and a couple of covered screws. This panel on my boat has switches and wiring so remove it carefully to preserve the connections.
2. The post cover should have a couple of covered screws near the base of the post that fix it to the base. Remove the plastics caps and remove the screws.
3. The post cover is then held in place by a couple of hidden furniture clips. Just give the cover a pull in the aft direction or carefully pry it away from the bulkhead.
4. If you need to remove the base, it can be popped up (also held in place by furniture clips). This should give full access to the wiring harness and connections.
Note - my post cover does not have any light switches, but some models do. If so, be mindful of the related wiring.
I would make sure each cable has a ‘drip loop’ above any connections (to prevent water from draining onto connection). My vhf cable had a drip loop, but it was below the connector. That connector was corroded.

I have the same boat and year...puravida35 is spot on with the description, white screw caps just pop off... After taken down the ceiling panel I made some notes on the wiring then simply backed off the screws and the wires came free (see photo). The post cover is just held in place with panel clips so use a thin flat bar to begin releasing the cover then gently pull...
