Our 795 S2 boat didn’t come with a cockpit table so we are building one We want it to be the same as the factory table Could someone please measure the cockpit table for me ?

The stock cockpit table on our 795 S2 is 30”x39”
We think it is too large. It impedes movement in the cockpit as the table edges are too close to the bench seat edges on all three sides. Also, when removed there is no place to store the table except in the bow berth. And it is awkward to carry around in the cabin.
I am building a new table top in the off season, using 1.5 in thick butcher block. Planned size is 23” fore-aft and 35” port-stbd. It should be somewhat lighter than the 33 lb stock table, and at 23” wide, just narrow enough to store with the extra cushions under the port side cabin table/seats.

I just finished building one for our 795. I agree the factory table is way too big, but it's made that way because it also drops down to make the platform for the cockpit sunbed, which I have never used. My new table is 1.5 inch thick white oak, 18 inches X 30 inches so I can stow it in the cockpit hatch, which is just a little deeper than 18 inches. It's big enough for two people, small enough to get around in the cockpit, and most important to me to be able to stow it down in the hatch. I bought a canvas duffle bag the size of the table, ($29 on amazon) to protect it down in the hatch. Removable Cup holders via heavy duty magnets.

Great idea Rob, the canvass duffle bag. I was going to make something custom but have opted instead to buy a canvass laundry bag for our custom cockpit table. And also one for the custom folding salon table that I built. That factory tabletop is also sized to drop down, to create a berth. But we felt that a slightly shorter folding table would open up the centerline passage a bit, and making the table a few inches narrower would make the aft salon bench seat a bit roomier and more comfortable for folks sitting there.
