Hi everyone, i am new to this forum and hoping to find some answers.
We recently replaced our Solimar stearing column. But we're having some trouble with I think it‘s called the rudder bearing. It seems that they build in a bearing/bushing with the wrong measures when they replaced the column. Somebody told us they should be conical shaped. However ours aren't. What happens is that the rudder tub is not very stable it goes up and down which obviously puts pressure on the column.
Does anybody have a tecnical sheet for the under/IN boat installation by any chance or any idea?? I already have the tecnical sheet from the column but its not helpful... I attached an image for better understanding.
Thank you everbody in advance!
Greetings from Italy
