Hi Folks We are new to the Jeanneau family, with a new-to-us SO45.2 from 1999. WE love our boat but she needs a lot of TLC to get her in ship-shape. I am hoping to find advice and expertise on this forum. Glad I found you. Happy Sailing, LittleSheWolf. P.S. I have never used such a forum before, so please excuse any unintentional rule transgressions.

Congratulations on your 45.2 purchase, lovely yacht. The Med coast of Italy and nearby France is a wonderful cruising area, near to Corsica and Sardinia too! Sounds like your husband has already got extensive sailing experience with at least one transatlantic crossing. Do ask any questions here about the refit, there are a lot of knowledgeable owners here and there are never any "dumb questions" Might also be worth looking through our Hints and Tips index on our main website. www.jeanneau-owners.com/hintsandtipsindexhull.html Lots of projects there. Best wishes and do send in photos as the rebuild as it progresses. kind regards Malcolm
