Hi, We purchased a 2023 NC795 S2 last year (one of the first ones made in Poland) and have had several issues with the boat since. Our last boat was a 2020 NC795 (made in Michigan) that didn’t have anywhere near the problems we’re having. We wanted the hot water option and the ability to run the a/c while underway without a generator and thought we’d made the right decision to sell the old and buy the new. We’ll, we were in for a real surprise with all the quality issues we’ve had this far such as: cracks in multiple areas in the gel coat, lithium batteries won’t charge fully giving us only about 3 hours a/c run time vs the dealer advertised 4-5 hours, hinges on hatches that were poorly installed so that you need to step on the panel to get it to latch (which will fail over time) cheap slide bolts mounted to epoxy blocks that have fallen off the boarding door and under the helm seat, when the a/c does run it’s too small a unit to cool the boat in Florida weather (one problem is that there are only two vents on the same side of the boat with no ability to control the direction of the output air), the slot on the back of the galley cabinet door to hold the sink cover is too small for it so it’s useless and last but not least, air vents over the windshield that do nothing to increase airflow in the cabin. Anyone else out there having issues like these too? I’d love to hear what some of the fixes are. Thanks!
