Hi all, I need to replace the door seals on my cabin doors and I’m hoping that someone can point me in the right directions please. The current seal is brown with an arrow type profile. The boat is a SO419 built to the 2018 model specification.
Jeanneau no longer supply the original brown seal and supply a black seal with a completely different multi-edged profile. The brown seal has an arrow profile, the new black is a multi-edged profile. Does anyone have any experience of using the new black seal please? Also has anyone sourced an alternative seal. Many thanks, Ian

You might try a window seal company such as Reddiseals ( www.reddiseals.com/product/timber-bubble-seals/ ) these look jolly similar and are available in 3 sizes. Jeanneau probably just use commercially available seals, so it’s just a search for the correct seal. CB

Thanks for that. I didn't find these people. It looks promising.

a rather tardy update.
The 6mm reddiseals bubble seal fitted perfectly, quality appears to be as good and 90% cheaper.
