Recently purchased a 2007 54DS - been trying to learn the boat systems, three AC units on the boat, Aft, Salon and forward. Found the seacock and associated pump for sea water to feed the pumps for both Salon and Forward but cannot seem to find where the seacock and pump would be for the aft unit. Any ideas, I have looked everywhere?

Are you sure that there's a second pump? I had a splitter on my 49DS A/C cooling water line to feed 2 units. Likewise now I have 2 pumps, 2 seacocks but 5 A/C units.
Addendum - I just realized that the pumps run on AC current, and each would have a separate breaker on the panel. Do you have 1 or 2 such breakers?

My aft unit is accessed from the stbd aft cockpit locker (by the stbd helm station) and the seacock is down there too. As an aside, first time I saw my new boat out of the water I took a load of photos of the various ‘holes’ and gradually associated them with the onboard services. Took a while!

Mine is not in the aft locker, assuming you mean behind the starboard wheel?
When I turn it on it sounds like it is behind the closet just behind the Nav station. It cycles 3 times and stops with HI. I took this to mean it was not getting sea water for cooling and thus started looking for the unit, the seacock and pump.
Any other ideas?

I have 3 breakers on the panel - one for Aft, Salon and FWD.

I have 2 AC breakers, one for each seawater cooling pump; then another 5 breakers, one for each of the cooling units. I am fairly certain that Jeanneau will have done a similar splitting of breakers per pump and per compressing/cooling unit.
