The water inlet value on my 1095 has plastic threads, but the nipple that connects to the hose is metal. Once the hose was pulled out and now the threads on the valve are partially stripped. I heard there may be a an after market (e.g. Jabsco) replacement. Has anyone else had this issue and have a suggestion?

I experienced the same problem on my 2022 1095 so there must be others as well. I put mine back together with a bit of Teflon tape and its holding for now, but I would be very interested in any fixes as well. Best of luck to you.

Thnx, yes I also added Teflon tape but it didn't last. Once the threads on the inlet valve are compromised it will keep coming out if anyone bumps into the hose. I found a possible replacement with a third-party product: Jabsco Boat Water Entry Regulator 44411-1045 | 45 PSI White. I have to confirm the measurements to know if it will fit and will let you know how I make out.
