How do you deal with the low headroom in the head on the Jeanneau 795, since most people can not stand up in it? Especially for males using the toilet seems difficult (especially in the middle of the night) and for everyone, doing things like brushing your teeth and washing your face seems difficult. In hindsight, is this a reason not to look at the 795 model? Thanks!

While I can't answer your question directly, I thought I'd just put in a comment regarding guys and using the head.
As part of my pre-sailing instructions when I have crew or guests aboard I explain how my electric heads work and also show the (backup) manual head. And part of that briefing is that in the interests of equality everyone is required to sit on the head regardless. This prevents issues when the boat is heeled over while sailing or rolling around at anchor.
But if there's not enough headroom to look into the mirror without bending over like a hunchback then that does pose a problem.
