hi there, i am a new nember (just bought a 30 sunlight) and i am full of questions. 1) there was no spinnaker pole on it, so does anyone know how can i make or buy one and most important what should be the dimentions of it???

Demension wise, it is the J figure which is the distance from the mast to the bow. Probably around 11.5-12" or I'll swag about 3.5-3.75 Meters. Maybe a bit more. My Arcadia is 11.8', you should be about the same.
The other thing, do you have a spin for it as of yet? If not, and you are trying to wing on wing a jib/genoa. you'll want a telescoping whisker pole that will be about 80% of the largest genoa's LP. I use a 10-16' pole for the genoa's. Need to get a spin pole, but since I use an assymetric at the moment, a spin pole is not needed.
Any local chandelier should be able to order per your specs from from say forespar or equal in aluminum or carbon. Alum will be about 1 unit price, carbon about two times alum, but 1/4 the overall weight.

We have a Sunlight 30. I will measure the spinnaker pole when I go aboard next week and take some pictures for you.

Hi tegantoo, I have taken a picture of one end of the spinnaker pole on my Sun Light 30 for you. The diameter of the aluminium tube is 2.5 inches, the overall length including end fittings is 11ft 11inches John
