Are owners of the NC 795 satisfied with their purchase?
How easy is it to trailer an NC 795 to different bodies of water?
Are there any year models to stay away from with the NC 795?
Is it inconvenient that you can not stand up in the head of the NC 795?
How many days do you comfortably stay out in your NC 795?
How does the NC 795 handle bigger seas? Does the boat slap down or ease down running in rough conditions?
Thanks for any input!

We’re on our second NC 795 that we took delivery of in August of ‘22. Our first was a 2020 with the 200hp Yamaha which was adequate but not optimal. The build quality of the first boat was better but the usefulness of our ‘23 S2 is much better. First, we have HOT water for a shower, second, we can run with the A/C on. Living in Florida that was something we could not live without. On our first boat we tried using a small Honda generator strapped to the swim platform to power the a/c and, while it worked, it was cumbersome and loud. The lithium battery pack in our new S2 works for just over 4 hours and no noise! The next BIG thing is that when we took delivery we noticed and autopilot controller installed. We didn’t order it so we’re guessing it’s standard equipment for the premiere model we ordered. It’s basically a heading/course and speed hold but it takes a load off for sure. Lastly, the motor. The Yamaha 250 is so much better and more powerful that we couldn’t imagine not getting it. We had an Artemis rocket launch close to where we live and there were hundreds of boats heading the the nautical observation area. As we exited our marina we went WOT straight to 39kts and beat all but a few of the others racing for position. Very impressive for sure. We took the boat to the Keys after delivery and found the ride to be the same as our first; pretty harsh in heavy seas (4-6ft) but manageable. We stayed on the boat three nights in a marina and slept comfortably (my wife and I are not big people; I’m 5’7” and she’s 5’2”) and generally were pleased with the layout except the head. It’s small and low so if you’re taller then we are it probably won’t work for you.
