I have noticed some price reductions on boats in general but I'm wondering about the 795 model in particular, I've seen a 2016 offered for 80k and a 2017 for 90k. Do you think the prices are falling (due to the interest rate hikes, recession and/or other factors) or just that the 2016/2017 boats are older now and I've read about some construction problems/defects in this forum with those model years? Thanks!

I owned a 2019 Jeanneau NC 795 before I upgraded to a 2022 895 Sports.
My ownership experience of 795 was very positive. The boat experienced no major issues. The issues I encountered are all interior trim pieces came loose and needed to be retighten/ glued, etc. In addition the bow thruster battery was not wired correctly so that the thruster switch has to be on to charge the battery. That’s all the problems I had. 795 is a very simple boat to own and operate (my sample was fully loaded with options including solar panel and inverter, with the exception of a generator. My location is PNW near Seattle).
In terms of market trend, new Series 2 models of 795, 795 Sports and 895 Sport are still in high demand while the used power boat models have a few more inventories due to the seasonal factors and rising interest rate. Here in PNW the price is softening a bit, May be 5% to 10% less than one year ago.
