Sorry for the late reply, but Just noticed your post.
J-PROP's are feathering propeller's the UK dealer are Calibra Marine. On their website they say, quote;
" Then by easily turning the ogival nose and following the simple instructions in the handbook, you will be able to set the pitch of your propeller with perfect precision"
If the instruction book was not supplied you can download it from "betamarineusa.com" or alternatively send an email to info@betamarineusa.com asking for further advice for your Jeanneau model.

I also apologize, must have missed the original post. I have the Flexofold folding prop. We go 6 to 6.5 knots at 2000 RPMs and approximately 7 knots at 2400 rpms. We will hit 8 knots plus at full throttle. Sorry for not being more exact, but we have a good deal of current in my home area and it is hard to never have any help or hurt.
I have seen 12 knots under engine, but that was leaving St Mary's Sound on an ebb tide.
We burn approximately 1 gallon per hour at 2000 RPM and about 1.3 gallons at 2400 rpms.
I hope that helps.
Warm regards,
Chuck

Hello JY51, To be honest , changing the rate when on(/at ?) sea is a bit challenging, there are many screw to remove. Doing with a diving equipment should be easier. We have adjusted the rate with the dealer when installing the arch. Everything looks ok now. I can not give the correct ratio as the he shipyard has shifted the 0 position. Amicalement Fabrice

Warm regards, Chuck Hello Chuck, Thanks for your reply even late :-) I Have now same / very similar figures about speed (depending of current) and throttle . Fuel consumption is a little bit higher but not significant. Fabrice
