New be- just about to buy a Prestige 390s

Hi everyone, I am a newby to this Forum and 2 engined boats.
I am very interested in buying a Prestige 390S with the the rear closed in, with the opening door on Stbd side and the window that electrically is raised or lowered.
i have been searching for a max 12 metre ( due to mooring charges) boat to eventually live on/spend a lot of time on, I have been looking for best part of 2 years, I have viewed numerous boats, I was very interested in an NC11 in January but it had no seating area down below and the second bedroom size was far too small with low ceiling, the 38s/390s is huge in comparison. So it’s been a long journey trying to find a boat that will fullfill my needs and I honestly think this is the boat ‼️‼️‼️ The Engine ❓ I don’t know ❓❓❓
Does anyone know of any specific issues/problems with the Prestige 38S or 390S that I need to be aware of, I am flying in on Wednesday to view a 390S boat Thursday and having a sea trial same day, possibly get it out the next morning to look at Hull dependant on how things go. I am taking with me guy who knows a lot more about boats than me, he has just 2 now having sold his 50 metre motor/sail yacht.
Does anyone have experience/knowledge of the Cummings Mercruiser QSD4.2 320 HP engine, is it a good engine, anything I need to be aware of, the boat I am looking at has 400 hrs on a 2012 boat. I cannot even find that model engine when you go on google ☹️☹️☹️
Engineering wise I have been a CAA licensed aircraft airplanes for best part of 50 years so engineering wise no dummy but also not a full time marine engineer.
I really appreciate any any advice you can offer to help me find me dream boat.
