How to Contact Jeanneau for a Technical Question?

Hello -- I'm having a hard time understanding how the valve works that interfaces between two water tanks on my NC37.  the actual valve seems to operate differently from the description in the manual.  I'd like to ask someone at Jeanneau directly (not just the US sales rep).  Does anyone know how I can get in touch with a technical expert at the factory in the power boat division?
