I see from the tracking you already are in the Porquerolles area - that by itself deserves a good amount of time!
Should not miss Port Cros, a bit less crowded.
As you move further East, I'd suggest you the following stops, depending on how much time you have and what you prefer:
- St. Tropez - if you want to go spend time and money in St. Tropez, go to Pampelonne beach - you'll see more yachts than sailing boats and only with good weather, not too sheltered
- Theoule sur mer - nice anchorage, well protected
- Iles Lerins, in front of Cannes - really wonderful anchorage in the channel between the 2 islands, great spot if not too crowded (should be ok next week, but very busy .over the weekend, but most of the small boats go away for the night). You can pick the right spot based on the wind, do not miss a trip to the St. Honorat island (abbey with wine produced by the monastery and lavanda)
- Cap D'Antibes - you can anchor at Plage de la Garoupe, where you're protected by everything but the East. Busy during the day with a couple of popular beaches (and good restaruants). If you want to go to the village of Antibes, you can drop anchor close to the port, just in front o the viallage, but only with good weather
- Villefrance bay: best pace to go if windy outside. You can find good shelter from the East in front of Plage Passable, while in the North portion of the bay the depth is quite significant. You still get significant rolly swell
- Cap Ferrat - the best spot is on the East side, in front of Plage Paloma (anse Scaletta). Really a wonderful place, again covered by everything but ENE. You can go down to Paloma for a lunch or dinner and for a great walk around Cap Ferrat
- Plage Mala, very nice but only for the day. At night only in absence of wind
- Cap Martin, anchor on the West side, better than the East side, still not ideal for the night
A looong list, I realize.... if you only have a couple of days in transit, my recommendations would be:
1) Iles Lerins
2) Cap Ferrat in front of Plage Paloma (where I got married...
I might be around next weekend, but still to be confirmed...
