Removing Exhaust Mixing Elbow in a SO37 wiht a Yanmar

Hello

I want to remove the Exhaust Mixing Elbow of the Yanmar 3GM30F in a SO37 but there is very
little space. If somebody has remove it, how do you remove the hose that go from the 
Exhaust Mixing Elbow to the Waterlock?

Hi, I've just bought a SO37 and the exhaust waterlock on the volvo 2040 engine is starting to rust. I'm thinking of changing it for a vetus waterlock and came across your post from a few years ago. How did you get on with your task and do you have any advice from your experience for me ? I realise the job and engine are different but you may have discovered something useful. All the best, Tom
