They cannot hold the line any more and I could not find the same size anywhere! If I replace them with a different size (ie mounting hole distances different) how should I connect it to the deck. There are no nuts of the bolts, are they directly screwed to the deck fiber? Or am I missing something? Pls see the pictures. Attachment Deleted

Hi Ercan, I have same boat 2005. I had same problem and replaced two cleats with two small clutches (any make) and it works really fine. You have to remove the underneath ceiling wooden panel (Velcro or bolts) and remove cleat connection ,mine were through bolted. no need to use old holes or may use one of them only, take good care to seal the unused holes with sikaflex.Use same sikaflex to seal new holes you made for the new clutches.Good after sealing !! than reattach internal wood panel and done. BTW main reason for the cleats failing to hold the load is because your traveler's pulling rope system does not have the good enough purchase .(see & check articles in forum history) Good luck Alex

I have spinlock XAS clutches for the traveller
Fit as Alex suggested using bolts and a nice sized washer.
