cockpit shower supply hoses size and diverter valves?

The cockpit shower is the first item at risk of freezing so I'd like to install diverter valves inside my boat on both supply lines (hot and cold) so I can isolate the cockpit shower, drain its lines and keep sailing through the first few freezing weeks in fall/winter without needing to winterize the all fresh water system. So, two questions...
- Are Jeanneau fresh water line inside the boat 1/2" diameter? (I have a 2015 SO 349)
- Anyone with recommendation for a good diverter valve to use for this. I found this one from Bosworth that seems adequate.
